- Responsible for the product design and life-cycle managements for TikTok creator marketplace.
- Own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company.
- Conduct research on both customer and influencer side to identify the needs and business opportunities of content marketing/monetization.
- Drive execution against our plan in collaboration with Engineering and Design peers: making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication.
- Define the process how local business operation peers providing feedbacks.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 4 years of working experience in product management or product design.
- Good communication skills in English, Chinese is a plus.
- Experience with building platform/monetization product is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
