About the Team:

SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and “do music” their way.


– Define music categorization and conduct statistical analysis of music consumption data to depict the pattern of viral music and form in-depth reports to localize the strategy in North America market.

– Work with Artist Partnership team to validate the content strategy and keep the methodology evolved based on the practices

– Work with Product team to strengthen the monitoring capability, so as to improve the efficiency of music discovery


– 3+ years content programming experience in content platforms (DSP, short-video form platforms, social media etc). With experience on Vertical content growth is preferred.

– Passionate with music. With music background and knowledge is a plus. Strong understanding of the TikTok ecosystem is a plus.

– Strong data analysis skills to formulate strategies, mid-term roadmap and detailed action plans.

– Excellent data sense and keen to answer questions by data. Well-versed SQL, python is a plus.

– Be able to speak product language and work with product team to design scalable solution.

– Strong project management and cross-functional teams communication skills. Capable of managing multiple projects effectively. Not only strategic-thinking but also be able to make things happen.
