Streaming Manager
Job Functions:
- Manage commercial setup and partnerships for Three Six Zero clients
- Craft and execute playlist strategies and growth campaigns
- Provide strategic analysis on listener behavior
- Analyze song performance on platforms for optimization
- Create proposals to pitch artist and campaign promotions
Skills/Abilities:
- Very strong relationships with DSPs
- Knowledge of current streaming
- The ability to analyze data and draw conclusions, make recommendations, etc
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent diplomacy skills
- Unique insight into culture, music and trends
- Strong presentation and relationship building skills
- Insight into key curators, music influencers and blogs
Experience:
- Minimum 3 -5 years of streaming and sales experience at record label, DSP, or management company
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience doing data analysis within the context of music playlisting
- Experience with music release strategy
- Label or commercial services experience preferred
- Understanding of all music related data platforms
- Experience with video streaming platforms
