Job Title: Business Operations Support
Position Type: Junior, Full-time
We are looking for someone to support our business operations team, working mainly with our warehouse team across all aspects of sales, customer service, stock management, order fulfilment, and label support at Greedbag and our physical distribution labels.
This is a fantastic opportunity within the independent music sector and will suit a smart, ambitious and hardworking person who has a desire to learn and contribute.
In warehouse downtime, you will be required to work on other areas of business operations support, which would include learning about the technical systems we use to manage digital music.

The state51 Conspiracy is a mixture of a record label, distributor and creative agency. It has been connecting music with audiences for 25 years. It is recognised as a force of creativity and innovation in design, business, and in the application of ethical values to the music industry, with a unique set of capabilities in music production, distribution, design, e-commerce, and marketing.
Our in-house e-commerce platform Greedbag was launched in 2000 and supports a diverse community of record labels and artists, including Ghost Box Records, Clay Pipe Music, Trunk Records, Damaged Goods, Strange Attractor Press, and many more.
As well as a complete e-commerce and fulfilment service, we make bespoke, high quality and exclusive products and help with design and project management. We send hundreds of orders to customers and record shops around the world from the warehouse on the ground floor of our extraordinary East London church hall office space.
We also manage a large digital music catalogue, dealing with artists, labels and other rights holders. As part of that work we run technical systems to import and deliver music and music related information to music services.
