The Global Agency team at Spotify is  driving new and innovative strategic partnerships with our Agency Holding Company that showcases all the technological and data assets available to drive business outcomes for all advertisers on our platform. We are now looking for an Agency Lead to drive this mission.

What you’ll do

  • Be the primary liaison, internal advocate and thought leader representing Spotify with a specific focus on key C-Level and influencer constituents.
  • Identify singular initiatives and areas of focus for one of our key agency holding company partners and align with Spotify solutions for broad based engagement on the agency and account level.
  • Identify and align Spotify to key partner initiatives across data activation / insights, audio engagement, measurement and account strategy.
  • Responsible for driving strategic initiatives and value that deliver improved business outcomes for our partners clients.
  • Report on revenue trends, spending patterns and new clients specific to our partner and report to global/regional/local sales.
  • Proactively identify realignment / corrective measures as needed.
  • Structure and develop a narrative in partnership to support regional/local sales team needs to drive growth and adoption of Spotify’s portfolio of solutions.
  • Create and deliver, in collaboration with regional/local sales leads, Spotify education & inspiration focused programming that has a scaled impact on various constituents across media, digital, strategic planning and creative teams.
  • Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across a whole group.
  • Advise on global / local / regional Spotify Trading deals with agencies where applicable.
  • Singular point of contact to ensure dissemination of information to the appropriate Spotify regions and teams as well as fast white glove service response.

Who you are

  • 7+ years of Brand Advertising, Media Planning and/or Brand development experience leading businesses or accounts.
  • Significant proven successful experience working in or with advertising & creative agencies.
  • Personal network in place with senior agency contacts at Agency HOLDING COMPANY and proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of strategic relationships.
  • Strong understanding Spotify user behavior, product and targeting suite & the ability to translate technical or complicated ideas into ordinary and simple terms.
  • Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support and drive deliverable timelines from key internal cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Passion for developing high-impact presentations and leading training programs for large audiences.
  • Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel
