Salary: £60k+basic (depending on experience) + Commission/bonus package

Established in 2005, we are a leading independent creative music agency specialising in music and talent supervision for brands, tv, advertising, digital content, events and all moving image. Our 30+ years collective experience has won us clients such as 02, Vodafone, Jaguar Land Rover, McLaren, and Nike – to name a few; working with many platinum winning artists across highly successful campaigns.

What you will be doing
  • Hunt for new brand partnership sales opportunities for music artists and sports brands such as LVMH Group, Nike, Adidas, Google, Samsung, Diageo, Coca Cola etc.
  • Must have contacts in the C-Suite / Board level with brands and global marketing with brand clients
  • Create and maintain accurate progression pipeline and forecasting reports for sales at Soho
  • Must be target driven and results orientated
  • Drive, focus, and motivate the sales team to generate greater revenues
  • Continuously building the sales team – with training, coaching and motivation
  • Designing and delivering key growth sales strategies through expanding our new client base as well as upselling across existing clients
  • Taking to marketing artist / talent concepts created by Soho to our targeted Brands
  • Achieve growth and hit / exceed sales targets successfully managing the sales team and owning deal delivery
  • Report Sales Team progress to Founder & CEO on a weekly basis, with formal reviews monthly with extended leadership team
  • Maintain and evolve accurate progression / pipeline and forecast reporting for sales at Soho
  • Continuing to generate new business through a variety of resources such as marketing research, cold canvasing, existing contact referrals
  • Identifying emerging markets and being aware of new business and competition status within the industry
  • Training and implementing new CRM system where necessary
  • Onboarding new Sales employees and growing the team culture by leading by example
  • Represent Soho Music at relevant industry events as the public face for Brand Partnerships
