We are currently seeking an ambitious Junior Music Supervisor to join our London team, located in the heart of Soho.

Key Responsibilities
- Music Sourcing & Selection: Assist in identifying and curating music that aligns with creative briefs and project requirements.
- Music Licensing & Clearance: Collaborate with the Music Supervision team to secure approvals and clearance for synchronisation licenses.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with producers, directors, and other creative professionals to provide music options that enhance storytelling.
- Budget Assistance: Help manage music licensing budgets and negotiations, balancing cost-effective music choices with creative integrity.
- Contract Administration: Support the drafting, reviewing, and management of music licensing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Communication: Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless music delivery, approvals, and project timelines.
- Business Development & Events: Attend industry events, generate new leads, and maintain client relationships.
- Rights Holder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of labels and publishers.
- Social Media & Marketing: Collaborate with the in-house marketing team on social media coordination.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed on music industry trends, emerging artists, and popular music movements to provide fresh recommendations.
- Flexible Working: Be available to work from our Soho office three days a week, with occasional evenings required for events or to liaise with our New York office and international clients.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within music supervision, media, advertising, or production.
- Basic understanding of copyright law, music licensing, and rights clearance.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (or similar), and familiarity with music databases and licensing platforms.
- Experience using CRM and project management tools
- Ability to create engaging presentation decks.
