Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Operations team in Liverpool, UK and contribute to our ongoing success. This role is crucial to supporting project planning and execution across various teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities include 
  • Leading and managing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders, promoting clear communication and collaboration.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, addressing challenges, and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Implementing workstream strategies to get stakeholders’ buy-in and to promote operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the music or technology industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
  • Passion for music and a commitment to supporting the creative community
