Secretly Group Seeks International Digital Account Manager for London Office 

Position Summary

Secretly Group seeks an International Digital Account Manager to fill a newly created position within a growing digital department. This is a full time position based in our London office. The new hire will manage key UK and European DSP relationships including Spotify, Apple, Amazon, YouTube, Deezer, and more, while working closely with our existing digital and global marketing teams on territory-specific opportunities. This role reports to the Global Director of Streaming and Digital Sales.

Secretly Group is headquartered in Bloomington, IN, with offices in Brooklyn, London, Los Angeles, Austin, and additional staff in Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, and beyond.

  • Manage all UK and European DSP relationships
  • Set up content captures, artist visits and other features with DSPs
  • Solicit on and off-platform support and opportunities with UK and European based DSPs
  • Lead regular in-person meetings and playbacks with DSP partners
  • Work hand-in-hand with the wider digital team on planning and pitching to a range of DSP partners, including a focus on emerging markets
  • Liaise with global marketing team on territory-specific marketing opportunities
  • Join meetings and calls with internal team and artist management as necessary
  • Willingness to travel, attend live shows, festivals and conferences as needed
  • Pitch priority tracks and albums to UK/EU based DSPs
  • Based in London
  • 2+ years of experience at a label, distributor, artist management company or DSP
  • Existing relationships with UK and European based DSPs preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Vast knowledge of SG’s catalog and current roster
  • Deep understanding of the digital storefronts across all relevant DSPs and the digital sales and marketing process
  • Active interest in emerging technologies as they relate to streaming and digital sales
  • Second language a plus but not required
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Knack for building and maintaining authentic relationships
  • Ability to travel as needed to perform the role
