Hours: 40/week, Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm

Reports to: Account Marketing Manager

Position Summary
The Account Coordinator roles are full-time positions at Secretly Distribution within the company’s Account Marketing Department.
These positions are responsible for executing marketing account strategy across all release campaigns. They will work with the Account Marketing Manager to craft and execute marketing for both new release and catalog campaigns.
Additionally, they will be responsible for reporting on performance throughout campaign cycles and help advise on strategy and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute account marketing plans for release campaigns • Participate in account marketing strategy with partners and ensure we are implementing approved marketing across accounts
- Contribute to calls and implement best practice material to optimize account strategy for Secretly Distribution’s partners
- Create account marketing performance reports and collate data that will inform future campaign strategy
- Create and send marketing related newsletters
- Assist team members within the department on one-off projects, out of office assistance, and reporting needs
- Stay up-to-date on current and emerging marketing trends within the industry
The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
- Must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic relationships easily
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Passionate about music and a familiarity with Secretly Distribution labels is a plus
- Previous marketing experience is a plus
- Previous office experience is a plus

Bloomington Salary Range: $42,500k
Chicago Salary Range: $46,750k
New York Salary Range: $55,250k
