Position Overview

A brand new role at Secretly Distribution taking international lead on label services projects. This position will be pivotal helping deliver cost-effective campaigns internationally for a wide array of priority-level projects from myriad genres and working with a broad range of budgets. This person will need to have at least 2 years in a campaign or project management role, be highly organized, enthusiastic, and ready to take on new challenges in a quick and efficient manner. A strong knowledge of international marketing, distribution, sales, and advertising would be highly beneficial.

This role is based in the London office and reports to the Head of International Projects (UK based), whilst also working in very close conjunction with the Head of Label Services (US based). This is a brilliant opportunity to join the growing international team at Secretly Distribution.

  • Devising and implementing strategic marketing, retail and sales plans for all releases that come via Label Services
  • Liaising with external distributors and hiring promotion companies internationally to facilitate the release
  • Working closely with our in-house digital marketing and content teams to ensure the broadest coverage across all platforms
  • Regular reporting to labels and artists
  • Set campaign timelines and manage project budgets, shipping estimates and sales goals across key international markets
  • Overseeing digital, print, outdoor and all other advertising
  • Trouble shooting and problem solving along all aspects of a record release

The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates
  • Strong organizational skills
  • At least 2 years of project management experience in the music industry
  • A willingness to help find quick solutions to problems
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive outlook
  • Working knowledge of excel/word/google sheets/project management software
  • A desire to represent the company at industry events
  • A commitment to learn and grow within the independent music industry
  • A love of music and a desire to keep up with current sounds and trends
