The platform offers curated playlists for any type of business with the aim to create the perfect ambiance while reflecting the uniqueness of our clients’ brand. Role Description:

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Reporting to the Product Director the product Manager will be a key role as we expand the product line assisting him with the Go-to-Market strategy, developing existing products and implementing new initiatives

  • Collaborating with the Product Director to define the product vision
  • Setting the objectives and key results
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Building a strategic product roadmap that fits in with the overall strategy of the department and the company
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Collect customer Feedback, evaluate and disseminate to the team
  • Work with the developers to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline
  • Deliver Agile led deliverables with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • 2-5 years minimum experience
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
  • Stakeholder Management and Stakeholder Analysis skills
  • Market and User Research expertise
  • Proficient in Agile development methodologies
  • Release Management
  • Product Design Knowledge
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Excellent Roadmapping and prioritization expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Ability to deliver strategically and about complex issues
  • Previous experience in a media organisation especially Music or technology industries
  • Previous experience in DSP product development
  • A passion for Music
  • An interest in new technologies and methods such as Machine Learning
  • While this is not a Technical Product Manager role an understanding of I.T systems, Database Architecture, Streaming Platforms and Analytics is useful
