This position requires application to work in-office in Agoura Hills, CA.
Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)
- General administrative tasks
- Basic office and digital organization
- Assisting with developing marketing strategies & concepts
- Assisting with artist Social Media management
- Assisting with updating artist routing schedules/calendars
- Assisting with partnership outreach and development
- Assisting with maintaining digital platforms
- Various research projects such as finding new visual artists, printers, etc.
- Basic graphic work (not required)
- Miscellaneous Day to Day tasks for signed artists
- Maintaining artists playlists
- Responsible for managing schedules and prioritizing emails and phone calls
- Creating and gathering documents to prepare for company meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements
