PRO Agency is mainly focused on the collection of Neighbouring Rights for labels, performing artists, actors and creative producers.
YOUR TASKS
- Communication with and support of international labels, artists, management agencies and collecting societies
- Registration and processing of metadata in specified formats
- Active use of our customised database PRO DB
- Clearance of objections, disputes and double claims
- Process enhancement regarding data exchange, data analysis and data preparation
- Assisting in acquiring new partners/establishing an industry-wide network
YOUR PROFILE
- An education in business administration, IT, data processing, communication science, media economy, music industry or media production
- Experience in content management and database systems
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken English skills (knowledge of additional language(s) beneficial)
- Excellent communication skills
- High ability to work accurately, independently and under pressure of strict deadlines
- Proactive and positive approach to solving problems in a team
- Handling confidential data trustfully
- A passion for music
