What you’ll be doing…

As an International Junior Operations Partner you will manage a large number of smaller budget CMOs (Tier 3) through data delivery tasks; you will therefore be responsible for generating revenue through this work stream. You will act as an expert in your area, providing a high level of service delivery ensuring all you are maximising all revenue collections whilst ensuring all risks and issues are mitigated where possible.

As well as managing your portfolio of CMOs you will also be expected to support the wider team with the overall revenue collections to ensure the annual International target is met.

What you’ll need…

In order to operate successfully in the role, candidate should have experience of working with complex data sets, with the ability to analyse the data to make revenue generating decisions.

Previous experience of delivering on £150K+ revenue budgets is essential as well as knowledge of budgeting and forecasting. Able to work accurately and effectively under pressure, prioritising tasks and delivering high quality work to tight deadlines are a must for this role. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of creating and monitoring complex work schedules ensuring any conflicting tasks are managed appropriately. Knowledge of project planning methodologies is highly desirable.
