What you’ll be doing…

As an Administrator for the International team you will be providing high quality and often complex administrative support. It is expected that you will support the team with all revenue collection and distribution checking processes; data cleansing and manipulation and statement reconciliations for other CMOs. You will need to extract, reformat, merge and manipulate data to feed into the revenue based business decisions of the Operations Partners.

You will be also be expected to take full management of queries coming through to the department to ensure as few queries as possible are escalated to the wider team.

What you’ll need…

The successful candidates will need to be super organised, positive and proactive, and enjoy working with large and complex data sets. You will be working in a busy department and, therefore, experience of task planning and scheduling are key requirements.

Experience using CRM systems and MS Excel skills are essential, with VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables being the minimum requirement for this role. Candidates should possess good verbal and written communication skills as you will be expected to build positive relationships with all stakeholders and work with people at all levels.
