Internationally recognized entertainment Talent Agency seeks a detail-oriented self-starter.
The Administrative Assistant will perform core tasks including but not limited to:
- Interfacing with Artists
- Interfacing with Managers
- Interfacing with Talent Buyers
- Creating and Issuing Contracts
- Management of Calendars
- Scheduling Meetings
Requirements
- Must have prior business office administrative experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft
- Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential matters
- Personal initiative and ability to work independently yet be a
team player - Capable of managing simultaneous projects and meeting deadlines
