Paradise Artists – Administrative Assistant (Remote, US)

Internationally recognized entertainment Talent Agency seeks a detail-oriented self-starter.

The Administrative Assistant will perform core tasks including but not limited to:

  • Interfacing with Artists
  • Interfacing with Managers
  • Interfacing with Talent Buyers
  • Creating and Issuing Contracts
  • Management of Calendars
  • Scheduling Meetings

  • Must have prior business office administrative experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft
  • Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential matters
  • Personal initiative and ability to work independently yet be a
    team player
  • Capable of managing simultaneous projects and meeting deadlines
