Executive Assistant
Original Creative Agency is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two Co-Founders with high volume workload. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of creativity in the entertainment industry. The successful candidate will have strong experience with administrative duties, great communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational abilities. This is a hybrid position, but subject to change.
Specific Responsibilities Include
- Heavy calendar management including scheduling calls, Zooms and in person meetings. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Manage complex email and scheduling.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate both Co-Founders’ ability to effectively lead
- Ensuring timeliness to phone calls and meetings, including reminders where necessary.
- Must be able to handle ambiguity and digest tons of information.
- Act as the gatekeeper and manage priorities effectively.
- Organize and keep track of all necessary documentation for new and existing clients
- Manage full client database, keeping updated at all times
- Answer or direct all general inquiries.
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
This is for someone who enjoys being in a support role.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years experience supporting at the Executive level in Entertainment
- Advanced computer skills to include, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite; Expert in Outlook and Excel, intermediate skills in PPT and Word. Experience with JPG’s and visual images preferred. Photoshop experience a bonus.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to adhere to the fluid and flexible nature of the calendar to keep the executives on schedule for meetings/calls throughout the day.
- Experience with heavy calendering for multiple executives.
- Organized, detail oriented and extremely thorough while having the confidence and communication skills to ensure work processes are completed accurately and appropriately.
- Must be hands-on and be willing to roll up their sleeves to perform any and all responsibilities needed.
- Must be reliable and available to work nights and/or weekends at times when needed.

- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be located in Los Angeles, CA
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must possess and maintain an automobile in good working condition with appropriate auto insurance
