MARKETING & EVENTS MANAGER
Nonclassical is looking for a collaborative Marketing & Events Manager to join our small, dynamic team. Working closely with Nonclassical’s Executive Director and Label & Artist Development Manager, the Marketing & Events Manager oversees the event production of Nonclassical’s events alongside wider marketing strategy across all of Nonclassical’s activity, including events, releases, artist development programmes and fundraising.
We are looking for somebody with a passion and knowledge for contemporary music, who would rise to Nonclassical’s mission to:
- Facilitate the development of artists’ careers and creative output, especially those historically underrepresented in classical music
- Provide digital, recorded and live platforms for diverse new artists
- Promote innovative contemporary music to new audiences in inventive ways
The Marketing & Events Manager will be outward-looking, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with artists, venues and related organisations to enhance Nonclassical’s brand and wider reach.
We are seeking candidates with experience leading effective marketing campaigns and with exceptional organisation and project management skills. Taking initiative and the ability to work flexibility is essential within this small, dynamic charity with a big vision as it approaches its 20th anniversary in 2024.
