Role Mission
Efficiently managing releases to maximise exposure and engagement involving and updating the wider team internally alongside our community’s expectations. Drive impactful and viral promotion campaigns through influencer partnerships on platforms like TikTok.
By leveraging unconventional strategies and a deep understanding of internet culture, the mission is to propel NCS’ music success in the digital age, constantly innovating and adapting to achieve unprecedented growth and visibility.
Core Responsibilities
Releases:
- Act as a point of contact for releases, coordinating artwork and general communication.
- Liaise with artists to ensure their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated.
- Manage artwork creation and distribution.
- Curate playlists and manage placement on platforms like SoundCloud and Spotify.
- Updating DSP Pitch descriptions
- Pitch releases to various YouTube channels for maximum exposure.
- Hold weekly New Release meetings internally, updating the team on forthcoming campaigns
- Maintaining campaign progression reports
Influencer Marketing:
- Discover and onboard (hundreds of) creators for influencer campaigns.
- Take ownership of campaigns, ensuring their successful execution.
- Collect and analyse campaign results to derive insights and make improvements.
- Communicate with influencers and manage relationships.
- Utilise growth hacking techniques to optimise campaign performance.
Competencies Required
- Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to absorb knowledge and skills related to influencer marketing, campaign management, and release marketing.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to details, ensuring accuracy in tasks such as data collection, communication, and campaign execution.
- Communication Skills: Ability to confidently and effectively convey ideas, ask questions, and collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Basic Analytical Skills: A keen interest in data analysis concepts and tools, with a willingness to learn more about interpreting campaign metrics and performance indicators.
- Organisational Skills: Basic organisational abilities to manage tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
