Native Instruments – Marketing Manager (DE)

Native Instruments is looking for forward-thinking marketing professionals – experienced and enthusiastic managers with a well-rounded marketing skill set and a passion for music.

You’ll work in one of four cross-functional teams, consisting of marketing managers, graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, and product specialists. Each team specializes in either DJing or music production – please indicate on your application which field you’re more interested in.

Your work will span the full project cycle – from strategy to concept and production. Examples of work you could be doing include product launch strategy, developing and managing integrated global campaigns, video concepts and production, content marketing, social media marketing, sales promotions, and more. All of this happens in a friendly, creative, and highly collaborative environment within the Native Instruments HQ in the center of Berlin.

YOUR TASKS
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute global marketing initiatives
  • Translate marketing strategies into concrete items
  • Educate users about the features, use-cases, and unique benefits of our products
  • Inspire users with original activation concepts and artist-led storytelling
  • Pitch ideas and write comprehensive, actionable briefs for team members and other departments
  • Lead the production of exceptional marketing content with a focus on video, digital, and social
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate everyone involved in the production process, including other teams such as Products, Artist Relations, Social
  • Media and PR, as well as our branch offices in LA, London, Paris and Tokyo, and external freelancers or agencies
  • Drive projects forwards towards a deadline
  • Evaluate items and provide constructive feedback on assets to ensure high quality output
  • Define KPIs at the start of projects, and review and report the success of your campaigns at the end
  • Actively follow and evaluate market trends and developments
YOUR PROFILE
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing or creative work environment
  • Skills in conceptual thinking, marketing strategy, video production, and copywriting
  • A passion for driving projects forward and managing deadlines
  • A sharp eye for detail
  • A natural communicator: You articulate your ideas concisely and clearly
  • Decisive character with an ability to effectively co-ordinate projects and lead production
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing accordingly
  • Interest and/or experience in music production and/or DJing
  • Knowledge about the respective market and the competitive landscape
  • Excellent English, German is a plus
  • Ambitious, cooperative, dynamic, and positive personality – keen to inspire new initiatives and raise the bar for our global marketing output
