The Role: Head of Partnerships, Community, and Events
As the Head of Partnerships, Community, and Events at MOBOLISE, you will be a driving force behind our mission. This role is crucial to our business as it involves managing existing partnerships while actively seeking and developing new opportunities. Our partners play a vital role in the MOBOLISE Mentoring Program (MMP), strengthening our relationships and defining customer success. Additionally, you will expand our community of mentees, defining and managing success for this broader audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Management: Oversee existing partnerships and cultivate new ones that align with our mission.
- Mentoring Program: Manage the MOBOLISE Mentoring Program (MMP) and ensure the success of mentor-mentee relationships.
- Community Growth: Attract a diverse group of mentees to the platform and establish success criteria for the wider community.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events that foster engagement and collaboration within our community.
- Relationship Building: Inspire and engage partners, mentees, and the talent we support, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose.
