THE ROLE
The MOBO Group is looking for a Business Development and Partnership Manager, who will be responsible for developing commercial relationships for [mobolise.co] MOBOLISE and leading the MOBO group’s business development activities, significantly contributing to the development of new programme partnerships and funding opportunities.
Reporting to the MOBOLISE COO & MOBO Group CEO, the ideal candidate is expected to develop and implement strategy roadmaps to source new partnerships. This is primarily a sales and marketing role, focussing on sales and spanning other business development requirements such as market analysis, events, and networking, presenting to current and potential commercial partners.
This will be a remote position but also entail working on site, as and when required.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- A proven track record of developing commercially geared partnership programmes using negotiation and collaboration skills
- Strong networking ability together with the personal credibility to represent the organisation and to establish constructive working relationships with all stakeholders across the UK.
- Experience in motivating and developing a team, planning and budgeting skills and the ability to grasp complex issues and create forward looking plans and initiatives. Excellent communication and listening skills with a collaborative approach.
