With your positive attitude, a professional approach and time management & communications skills, you seamlessly juggle multiple deadlines in a hybrid (office/home) environment. This position will work out of the New York City office.
/ You will be a key member of the Business Development team and collaborator with the Brand Development team, reporting to the EVP, Global Brand Partnerships & Development.

About The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND BRAND PARTNERSHIP Department
/ The Business Development & Brand Partnerships team are responsible for building relationships and creating opportunities that drive new revenue streams. We develop Made Music Studio’s positioning, value proposition and work on the front line to enhance its reputation and appeal to new clients. We’re nimble, creative, resourceful and always put our clients’ needs first. Every business & brand challenge that Made Music Studio solves, starts with a Biz Dev conversation.
Your Core Responsibilities…
/ Be responsible for hitting your revenue goals while working within a dynamic, innovative and creative culture
/ Own the success of your new business client cultivation while being supported by an award-winning team and content studio
/ Develop, implement, and track the success of sales tactics that drive revenue
/ Leverage your existing relationships with a solutions-focused approach
/ Develop and execute targeted outreach to clients suited for MMS’s brand solutions
/ Participate in industry conferences, client pitches and networking events
/ Build your knowledge of our growing impactful industry
/ Find new opportunities, business needs and solutions
/ 3-5 years of experience being successful as an Account Executive on a sales team
/ A history of presenting pitch materials; making content feel relatable and entertaining
/ An entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative, team-oriented approach to sales
/ Great listening skills – and an ability to pivot in the moment when opportunities arise
/ A network of brand/agency contacts to leverage
/ Experience interpreting RFPs and evaluating client needs
/ A deep knowledge of digital/social platforms and how to leverage for sales
/ A solid understanding of the relationship between consumers and brands
/ Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
/ A resourceful self-starter, highly motivated and results driven
/ A passion for personal growth and success (And no, you don’t have to be musical!)
/ $95,000 + Quarterly Bonus Based on Performance

/ This is a full-time position based out of the NYC office. While we are working mostly remotely, expect to commute into our office in the Financial District for collaborative hours about once a week. Eventually, we plan to return to the office full-time.
