The post holder will build links with key industry organizations including HR departments, music managers, A&R and artists seeking out new talent and will champion success stories and build up a portfolio on students and alumni to match up opportunities and track outcomes.
The post holder would be responsible for creating and executing an event content plan for our venue and studios across the year, working with students and industry partners.
This post requires excellent public speaking skills, listening skills and an outgoing personality who is comfortable networking and making connections and able to counsel and advise students on CVs, and interview techniques.
