Loma Vista Recordings is seeking a Marketing Coordinator based in our Los Angeles office. The position is full-time, reporting to one of the Los Angeles-based Marketing Directors.
The ideal candidate should be passionate and motivated, a creative thinker and a self-starter.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Scheduling team calls
- Managing ticket buys + guest lists
- Maintaining key marketing documents: retail one sheets, project timelines, marketing plans
- Creating and distributing marketing assets
- Participate in marketing ideation + execution of creative marketing initiatives
- Weekly sales reporting
- Managing invoices
- Managing video + artwork agreements
- General office assistance
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- 1+ years experience in music marketing or a relevant field
- Passionate music fan
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workplace, Asana, and Slack
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite a plus
