LCCM/LCCA – Marketing Manager (UK)

Are you a multi-talented marketing professional who can connect with young people with passion for music, design, hospitality or fashion?

Do you have a proven track record of successfully creating, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns?

Global University Systems is looking for a mid-level marketing executive to help build the reputation and success of leading London music and arts degree schools LCCM & LCCA. LCCM is the highest ranked provider of contemporary music performance and music business degrees in the UK by student satisfaction (NSS 2019 – 2022).

Sister school LCCA offers degrees from fashion, to business, to graphic design from its own Central London campus in Tower Hill.

We already have a reputation for attracting, nurturing and producing switched on, industry ready talent. LCCM graduates are musicians, songwriters and producers working with the likes of George Ezra, Dua Lipa & Jordan Rakei; artists in their own right like Tom Walker, Rhys Lewis and composer Nicholas Morris Rarity or rising executives at leading music companies like Warner Chappell, Universal Music and Live Nation. LCCA has a broad network of industry connections, such as Christian Louboutin, Calvin Klein Jeans and The Photographer’s Gallery.

Based at GUS HQ in Holborn, the Marketing Manager will be working across LCCM (70%) and LCCA (30%) promoting the brands and courses within the UK using digital and offline channels. That means being responsible for creating, implementing, executing and analysing a fully integrated marketing strategy, social listening and adding value and input to all marketing activities, in order to maximise results and achieve ROI.

You will need to have a ‘hands on’ perspective, working with the schools and key stakeholders as well as the marketing/sales team, ensuring targets are set and achieved, and that work load is prioritised effectively.

Particular focus is on lead generation targets, full control of marketing budget, consumer journey and integration of all marketing activities to meet student recruitment targets.

This is a full-time role. To apply, please send an up to date copy of your CV and Covering Letter stating clearly how you meet the essential requirements to recruitment@gus.global or contact a member of the team to discuss further.
