This role will be responsible for managing DSP and streaming campaigns for Kartel artist releases. The role will report directly to the Director of Recorded Music and Digital Accounts. The successful candidate will be expected to develop relations at DSPs and roll out powerful streaming campaigns at DSPs for Kartel artists and its US, UK and International labels.
Core functions:
- Manage Global relationships across the streaming services with particular focus on North America and the UK for all Kartel artist releases.
- Communicate with contacts over release plans and priorities.
- Develop forward thinking DSP marketing strategies and seek out playbook and innovative marketing opportunities at DSPs for Kartel artists and priority releases.
- Constantly educate the Kartel team and clients by creating and sharing best practices and marketing opportunities around streaming and DSPs.
- Key stakeholder in the Kartel DSP marketing team helping to manage the weekly release cycle to DSPs.
- Analyze KPIs, streaming and consumer data and results of marketing campaigns and share with our teams.

- You have confidence in analytics and the ability to use data as part of an artist campaign with DSPs.
It would be ideal if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4 to 5 years experience of account management and relationships at North American and or UK DSPs.
- Developed contacts at local DSPs.
