ROLE SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for providing day-to-day client support to independent artists and labels using Kartel distribution, e-commerce and marketing services.
This role requires a highly diligent & attentive individual with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You will thrive under pressure and be comfortable working on multiple concurrent projects.
You will report directly to the Senior Client Services Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Operations.
Core functions:
- Provide day-to-day Client Support to all distributed artists, labels and management representatives
- Onboarding support for new clients on Kartel Digital Portal and New Music Submissions
- Provide day-to-day support for the internal Kartel distribution and marketing team
- Maintain a strong understanding of Kartel distribution, marketing and label service provision in order to provide appropriate level of feedback and support to clients.
- Utilise and assist with the development and dissemination of Kartel’s Client FAQ guide and support tools for all distributed artists, labels & management clients.
- Support across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Bandcamp et) with ingestion & inventory management
- Provide Customer Service support for Shopify, Bandcamp and other e-commerce customers
- Provide support for Kartel’s monthly client newsletter and website maintenance
- Distribute weekly DSP results to clients and internal team
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent business experience/education.
- 2+ years experience working in digital distribution, label services or e-commerce.
- Experience on digital analytics, music royalty software & Microsoft Excel.
- Be a team player with strong organizational, communication and administrative skills.
