Kartel Music Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing & Advertising Manager to join it’s growing Music Services & Marketing Agency.
The Digital Marketing & Advertising Manager role will work closely with a roster of independent artist and label clients leading their digital, social media & content marketing goals and objectives. The role will focus across a range of advertising objectives from audience growth, fan engagement and sales conversion. The role will be responsible for day-to-day planning and execution of digital marketing and advertising tasks for multiple concurrent campaigns.
This role requires a highly diligent & attentive individual with strong organisational and effective communication skills. The role requires expertise and experience in social media, digital advertising, community management, influencer marketing and content creation. The successful candidate will be a confident digital native. Experience working with CMS, design and editing software (Adobe etc) will be a distinct advantage to this role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Create and execute impactful digital marketing and advertising campaigns across all relevant social media and digital platforms (Google, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Spotify & Snapchat etc).
- Responsibility for management of digital advertising accounts, business managers and campaign infrastructure, maintaining clear administration processes and reporting structures.
- Develop & execute innovative and impactful digital & social marketing plans;
- Use analytical tools to create digital marketing and advertising reports, collate and present relevant data that will inform strategy and wider teams;
- Manage advertising relationships with partners like Facebook, Google and TikTok, keeping wider team up to date with changes and updates;
- Provide education and innovation across the business in the field of digital advertising and marketing;
- Monitor artist fan communities and utilise observations to optimise digital marketing campaigns;
- Creative and Design skills, ability to use Design applications such as Adobe Suite or similar to optimise content for social and digital advertising use;
- Commission and advise content for effective advertising and influencer campaigns and help to develop internal expertise and client education in this area;
- Commission and develop effective digital marketing tools and digital marketing best practice policies;
- Work alongside the Kartel marketing team and other key stakeholders to create impactful digital advertising, marketing and influencer campaigns;
- Work closely with Artist, Marketing and Distribution teams to achieve key audience engagement and commercial objectives.
What We Are Looking For:
- High level of professional and demonstrable expertise across social media and digital platforms, inc; Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Twitch and more;
- Self-motivated digital native, highly detail oriented, ability to mult-task and work with tight deadlines;
- Exceptional eye for strong visual aesthetics and what effectively translates on platform;
- Ability to utilise and interpret digital analytics and data to inform decisions and advise key stakeholders;
- Excellent organisation, communication and project management skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent business experience/education.
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing at a digital agency, major record label or marketing agency;
- Comprehensive knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok and other advertising platforms and adept at learning new platforms quickly.
- Be a team player with strong organizational, communication and impeccable administrative skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative suite, Final Cut or similar video editing software
