!K7 Music is looking for an ambitious and highly driven social media and digital marketing professional to join the Marketing team.
Location: preferably Berlin but London and / or remote considered.
The candidate will work closely with the wider marketing team and label managers to lead and strategize, lead and implement social media and digital marketing campaigns for our in-house labels !K7 Records, Strut, !7K, Soul Bank Music and Ever Records and priority distribution projects. from award-winning labels based in both the US, UK and Europe across a wide variety of musical genres. The role will include asset creation and campaign execution, managing social media accounts and actively growing engagement and audiences.
The candidate will also lead all aspects of digital advertising campaigns for our in-house labels and with a strong ability to measure, analyse and influence effectiveness and positive results.
Experience and Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience of working collaboratively with a record label.
- A good understanding of !K7 Music’s in-house labels musical contexts, audiences and ecosystem.
- Proven track record of working innovative and successful campaigns.
- Ability to learn, prioritise tasks and adapt to lead the team on market changes and innovations within the digital landscape.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Able to communicate effectively to a broad range of stakeholders across all release campaigns.
