Domino Publishing seeks an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our London team as Assets Coordinator.

About Domino Publishing

We are an independent boutique music publishing company. Founded in London in 2005, we now have offices in New York, Los Angeles and Paris. We represent over 60,000 songs from 2,000 independent writers, composers and producers. Our roster contains writers/artists such as Fontaines D.C., Big Thief, Wet Leg, Son Lux, Jesus and Mary Chain, Stereolab, The Kills, Georgia, and many more.

About the role

Supporting the publishing A&R team and reporting to A&R staff. This is a key function for the publishing company as the successful applicant will gather together and maintain a database of all assets for new writers and releases from the A&R team.

Coordinating the collection and distribution of music and news:

Collecting song splits, WAVs, instrumentals, lyrics, bios, press releases, press shots and other data.
Communicate roster updates, new releases and additions to both the UK and US publishing teams.
Sharing writer details and splits with copyright and synch departments
Updating and maintaining the content on our website.
Running of the company’s social media.
Sending music files including watermarks.
Creation of promotional assets (One-sheets and playlists)
Maintenance of our Release Manager database:

Uploading new albums and adding writer information and metadata.
Ensuring such data is ingested into MEWO and DISCO.
Data clean-up and maintenance of our catalogue.
Other responsibilities include:

Organise ticket buys/guestlist spots and gig listings
Regularly attend gigs to meet our writers and/or their managers

Requirements:

Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to take instruction and follow strict processes
Commercial awareness
Discretion
Team player
Ability to use excel, word, basic WordPress style online skills
