About the Role
Future Classic is looking for a creative and data-savvy digital marketer to lead marketing strategy and campaign execution for our artists and releases in the UK and Europe. You’ll work directly with artists and their management to shape and deliver impactful global campaigns that feel locally resonant, with a strong emphasis on fan building and moment making.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Ideate and execute effective digital marketing campaigns
Adapt global marketing strategies and timelines to the UK/EU market, identifying cultural moments and creative tactics that align with artist and campaign objectives
Lead local marketing execution for global priority projects, including tour marketing, experiential moments, and fan activations
Own influencer and creator marketing initiatives – from direct outreach to agency coordination – tailored to niche scenes and communities
Drive social media content strategies that amplify artist narratives and campaign moments
Account & Partner Management
Be the primary day-to-day point of contact for artists and their management
Manage marketing budgets and project funding for label releases
Coordinate DSP pitching and digital supply with distribution and retail partners
Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (publicists, pluggers, creative collaborators, etc.)
CRM & Fan Funnel Strategy
Implement CRM growth tactics including pre-save, newsletter, SMS, and audience segmentation
Collaborate with global team on fan funnel strategy, lead capture initiatives, and engagement automations across tools like Laylo, Mailchimp etc.
Paid Media & Promotion
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to brief and manage paid media campaigns (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, etc.)
Use fan and consumption data to optimize spend across acquisition and engagement goals
Data & Analysis
Track and interpret campaign performance using tools like Chartmetric, DSP portals, Meta Business Suite, and Trendpop
Identify audience, consumption, and creator trends to inform rollout strategy and creative direction
Translate data into clear insights and next-step actions for artists, managers, and internal stakeholders
About You
2–4+ years experience in music, youth culture marketing, digital strategy, or entertainment
Deep knowledge of DSP ecosystems, social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and music release workflows
Comfortable briefing and analyzing campaigns across paid media, influencer, and CRM channels
Familiarity with analytics and audience insight tools (Chartmetric, Soundcharts, TikTok Creator Tools, Meta dashboards, etc.)
Strong organisational and project management skills — able to keep complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns on track
A deep, authentic love for music and familiarity with the artists, subcultures, and scenes that surround Future Classic
Comfortable working flexible hours to support global rollouts and live moments
