Since its inception in 2002, independent label Soundway Records has unearthed coveted legacy recordings and launched contemporary musical gems from around the world. With foundations rooted in meticulously sourced reissues, the label has expanded its reach while maintaining its reputation for highest quality vinyl releases and an extensive digital catalogue.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate has proven experience with Digital Marketing and is comfortable developing and executing full campaigns. Creativity and diligence, strong sense of team, and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential to this role.

We’re offering a full-time hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our North London office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder. London-based candidates are preferred.

Your day-to-day will involve:

· Planning and executing digital campaigns for both front-line and catalogue releases

· Liaising with artist partners throughout campaign development and execution

· Developing and managing our social media strategy

· Writing engaging press releases, sales notes, marketing materials, and website copy for digital and physical releases

· Creating post-campaign reports to measure impact and inform future strategy

· Collaborating with the team to plan and deliver commercial campaigns

Essential:

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
You’re highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
You can juggle priorities and hit tight deadlines
You communicate clearly and professionally, whether it’s an email or a campaign brief
You’re a team player who thrives on collaboration
You’ve got solid digital marketing experience
You know your way around social media strategy and what makes content perform
Preference given to candidates with:

A real love for discovering and supporting developing artists
Design experience
Experience with reissue or compilation campaigns
