MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY

Modest! Management is seeking a passionate, music-obsessed, highly organised, and confident Artist Manager to join our team. You will work closely with our Managing Director across two of our high-priority, established artists.

This is a rare opportunity to play a central role in the careers of two exciting acts. You’ll be joining a dynamic, forward-thinking company that values creativity, collaboration, and the professional growth of both its artists and team members.

This is a collaborative role, working alongside and under the guidance of the existing lead manager. The successful candidate will not manage the artists independently but will play a vital and proactive role within the broader team.

DUTIES
You’ll be involved in all aspects of the artists’ careers, including:
·       Day-to-day artist liaison and support
·       Coordinating global release campaigns
·       Collaborating and supporting creative direction (videos, branding, visuals)
·       Diary management
·       Overseeing touring plans and liaising with agents and promoters
·       Budget creation and oversight
·       Collaborating with in-house digital and marketing teams

REQUIRED SKILLS
·       Attention to detail!
·       Direct experience, and understanding, working with artists
·       Creative insight into styling, photography, videos, etc.
·       Strong understanding of digital platforms and social media strategy
·       A sense of humour!

QUALIFICATIONS
·       Minimum 3 years’ experience in artist management or equivalent artist facing roles
·       Experience collaborating successfully on at least two full artist campaigns including significant music releases and touring. You will need to demonstrate your ability to creatively strategise and execute with ideas and plans that make a difference.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
·       Full-time, hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 remote
·       Regular travel required, including occasional international travel
