Overview of Role
The key focus of the Agents’ Assistant role will be to provide general administrative support to two agents, which will also involve working closely alongside the Finance Department & Legal Department. The Agents’ Assistant will report into Hilary Walsh/General Manager, but for the most part the day-to-day ‘work-flow’ will be generated by the two agents.
Pure – Key Responsibilities and Duties
Your key responsibilities and duties will include (the list is not exhaustive):
• Inputting show & festival data into the central booking system
• Working alongside two agents to, issue deal confirmations and chase settlements
• Working alongside the Finance Manager to generate show-related paperwork and chase deposits/payments
• Working alongside the Legal Counsel to issue Terms of Business and contracts, chase signed contracts and gather tax information from promoters
• Collecting avails and creating avails grids, compiling date sheets and artist touring/announcement /financial schedules to communicate to management & tour managers
• Compiling tour support submissions
• Booking agents’ travel
• Assisting with onboarding new clients & creating artist files including artist assets
• Working alongside the marketing team in the coordination of announcements and on-sales for shows and marketing plans
• Collecting ticket sales information to provide weekly updates to artist management
• Assisting with the management of Certificates of Sponsorships (CoS)
• Handling guest lists logistics
• Day-to-day admin & research tasks
• Attending shows and events as a company representative when required outside of normal office hours
From time to time and at the discretion of Hilary Walsh and/or Angus Baskerville you may be required to perform other duties not previously detailed in your job description which are reasonably within your capabilities, to meet the specific needs of the business.

Qualifications Knowledge and Experience
• A minimum of 3 years agency experience in a support role
• Good knowledge and understanding of the live music industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Absolute discretion – handling sensitive data and dealing with high level clients on a daily basis
• Great time management, the ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently
• Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• The ability to manage heavy email traffic
• Advanced IT (PC) skills and highly proficient in MS Office
• Being self-motivated and ability to use their own initiative
• A positive can-do attitude
• Demonstrate a good understanding of and an active engagement in popular culture beyond music
