8+ years of music publishing copyright experience with a strong preference for experience at a major US publisher, and demonstrated experience working directly with the North American societies, MROs and PROs.
Required: Experience presenting data to communicate a narrative and making appropriate choices in delivery and presentation, strong familiarity with computer systems and data models, and experience manipulating or analyzing large volumes of data and identifying gaps in data or income is essential
Required: Experience in a royalty analysis/reporting-based role; excellent mathematical and analytical skills; yoyalties experience in the music industry is highly advantageous.
Required: Experience working for a music publishing or recording business with a solid understanding of licensing and copyright registration, and expertise in the manipulation of large datasets
About You: an experienced music publishing professional with a background in income tracking, revenue assurance, gap analysis and royalty forecasting, gained from working at music publishers and/or collection societies
Required: At least 1-2 years of professional experience in the music publishing business, preferably in rights management and/or administration, and proficiency in Microsoft suite
Required: Knowledge of music publishing industry either through education or previous work experience needed; strong written and verbal communication skills
Required: 1+ years of experience dealing with large amounts of data within the music industry (including internships); bachelor’s degree (music business or related field preferred); and the ability to extract and manipulate data from high volume datafiles.
Required: 2 years of experience in the sync industry, proven track record of winning briefs and familiarity with musical terms to liaise with composers and clients on custom compositions
Required: 1-3 years of Royalty Administration experience required (including internships). Familiar with with both Mac and Windows operating systems and various computer programs including: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Access)
