Required: At least 2 years of music industry experience in a growth, strategy or marketing role, and a proven track record of ideating and executing new and innovative marketing ideas.
Knowledge of the music publishing industry – in areas such as the flow of rights and royalties, and the roles of Collection Societies, Sub-Publishers, Record Companies, and Licensees – is desirable but not essential.
Required: Advanced understanding of Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and Excel (familiarity with pivot tables and database architecture), and a background in statistics
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering insight, research and/or analysis projects, using both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Required: education in science, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline. deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense
Candidates possessing a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7 years of music industry experience in data analysis and royalties, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably within the music industry sought
Required: Proven track record of experience in an analytical role within the Music industry and advanced Excel and Office suite (including Macro creation and editing) skills
Required: experience analyzing, validating and communicating data and insights with the ability to apply strategy to data analysis and recommendations; a background in statistics (preferred)
Required: BS or BA in Business, Strategy, Marketing, Analytics, Data, or related field, or equivalent market research or strategic planning experience along with 8+ years of experience working in consulting, strategy, research, data or insights.
