The ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant to CEO position is a dedicated young individual with 1+ years of relevant experience as an assistant / coordinator for an executive in the music industry
Required: 3 Years of Relevant Music Industry Experience (Major Agency, Public Relations, Promoter, Publishing, Label, or Management), four-year bachelors degree, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required: 3-5 years’ experience in a comparable role in the entertainment or music industry and excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable interfacing with executives, associates, and other internal and external business contacts
You will have had some experience of putting on small scale events and have great attention to detail and strong admin skills. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced office with a focus on delivery and making a real difference to the lives of musicians.
