Role: D2C Co-ordinator
Reporting to: D2C Manager

Location London with the option of Working from Home (WFH) on a number of days each week

[PIAS] champions and supports the best independent music in the world across our unrivalled international network. Established in 1982, we operate 16 global offices – all leveraging local relationships to influence local gatekeepers.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the D2C Manager and other members of the D2C and marketing teams
- Setting up new D2C stores on the [Integral] D2C platform
- Setting up products on the [Integral] D2C platform
- Liaison with the Product & Marketing Managers on all D2C activity
- Liaison with third party D2C platform partner & customer service team
- D2C Stock Management
- General day to day admin
Key Deliverables
- Day to day operations management of the D2C stores, ensuring products are set up, listed, images sourced, prices correct, and products are kept in stock to maximise sales potential
- Setting up and launching new D2C stores and campaigns in a timely manner to ensure stores are fully set up in time for launch
- Ensure that stock is in the right place at the right time and ensure products are delivered to our distribution warehouse partners in a timely fashion (following best practice at all times)
- Liaison with artist management teams to provide expert d2c and campaign service
- Identifying sales opportunities to present to labels/campaign managers/management/artists
- Attend regular meetings with the labels/managers/colleagues as required
- Reporting on sales to relevant stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- Experience of using e-commerce platforms
- Previous proven sales experience with a strong understanding of all aspects of e-commerce, including operations and reporting
- Creative design skills using photoshop or similar tools
- Web design skills (CSS and Java) would be beneficial
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform
- Knowledge of the digital and social media landscape
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel etc
