We are seeking a highly motivated, creative and ambitious PR Manager to join our fantastic team. You must be passionate about music and a team player who wants to bring their winning energy to our rapidly growing agency.

THE ROLE

As a PR Manager, you will support our senior PR team in developing and executing world class creative campaign strategies, as well as delivering exceptional PR campaigns for your own roster of artist and event clients.

You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including other team members, print and online journalists, influencers, brand partners, artists, management, current and potential clients. You will relish the opportunity to share your new contacts with the wider team too.

You will contribute to the overall PR department strategy as well as wider company goals and objectives. Your ability to spot opportunities, connect the dots quickly and communicate your ideas effectively to the team will be a great asset in the role.

Writing compelling copy comes naturally to you and you’ll use that skill to craft perfect press releases and winning pitches for our artists.

You will be relied upon to build friendly, professional relationships quickly when representing Infectious PR during meetings with media, at events and client meetings.

You will love to communicate campaign successes and opportunities to clients and other members of the team. Delivering proactive on the fly communication as well as comprehensive client reports will be second nature to you.

ESSENTIAL

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role at a music PR agency, record label or similar background.

Passion for and understanding of dance music culture in all its forms is essential.

Existing relationships with music journalists, influencers, managers and artists.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly and confidently develop professional relationships with editors, journalists, influencers, artists and management.

An understanding of the dance music media landscape including various media partners and the feature opportunities they offer is essential. You will be passionate about spotting and delivering opportunities for our clients across press, social media, podcasts, activations and other areas of PR.

The ability to plan and deliver creative, effective PR campaigns of the highest standard whilst understanding and considering the bigger picture for our clients and the business.

Excellent time management skills, the ability to balance multiple projects, prioritise your workload and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Team player with the ability to problem solve and work independently.

Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
