Imagem USA is looking for a Director of Legal and Business Affairs Administration.

Imagem was founded in 2008 by Dutch firm ABP, one of the world’s largest pension funds, in conjunction with Dutch independent publisher/media company CTM Publishing.
Key Purpose of Role:
Administration of music publishing agreements; tracking and reporting contract expirations, options, deliverables and other obligations; administration of contractual advances and other payments contingent on contractual triggers; and contract summaries.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Legal and Business Affairs Administration of music publishing company. Excellent organizational skills and oral and written communication. Team player. Ability to multi-task with keen eye for detail and follow-up.
