Handle Recruitment is working with a leading Theatre organisation to find a Head of Programming to join their team in the heart of the West End of London.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and delivering an influential content strategy
- Applying an enhanced & tactical method to content delivery
- Driving new and current business and look to create new relationships to generate new revenue streams
- Reflecting the quality brand reputation
- Managing the accounts of existing clients
- Handling all enquiries concerning concerts and stage hires, including awards ceremonies, film and photographic shoot for all theatres
- Promoting and providing the highest level of customer service
- Actively promoting the availability of the Theatres and their potential uses
- Using traditional and fresh sales techniques to deliver maximum returns and produce additional revenue
- Negotiating and handling all areas of terms for bookings
- Ensuring the contract terms are met at all times
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous background in sales and location hiring or music promotion
- A demonstrated track record of securing quality content
- Previous experience in drafting and negotiating contact terms
- An outstanding network of contacts within the live entertainment industry
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
