JOB ROLES
OVERARCHING:
- Assist campaign managers on artist’s campaigns, working with our global teams
- Accompany artists at in-person events, including promo days, shoots and shows
- Arrange artist’s calendars, meetings, calls and travel
- Maintain archive filing system for artist assets and company documents in Dropbox and Notion
MUSIC:
- Collate label copy, metadata, ISRCs, catalogue numbers
- Register songs with publishers and collection societies
- Deliver music to distributor for release and pitch with DSPs
MARKETING & AUDIENCE:
- Daily upkeep of social media accounts, cross posting across multiple artist accounts
- Prepare mailouts and maintaining artist mailing lists and website maintenance
- Monitor online trends and suggest content ideas and online strategy for artists
LIVE:
- Prepare pre-sale and on-sale roll outs of tour, updating online listings for tours
– File set lists for performance royalties
– Support tour managers with visas, guest list requests and preparing for tours
– Coordinate with merch companies ahead of and during tours
YOU NEED TO BE:
- A keen advocate for artistic freedom and equality in arts
- Ambitious, driven, proactive, responsive, goal orientated, punctual, with a meticulous and hard-working attitude
- Strong organizational and admin skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure
- High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills, always presenting solutions alongside problems
