The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a streaming role, strong industry relationships and be keen to lead multiple international and domestic campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking for a new challenge or next step in the music industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement streaming strategy for our artists and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align streaming initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key streaming editors and partners
- Deliver compelling pitches to secure prominent playlist placements for our artists
- Monitor streaming performance and analyse data to inform next steps
- Deliver reports and insights on streaming performance and analysis
- Provide guidance on best practices for engaging with streaming platforms
- Stay up to date with industry trends and streaming platform updates
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Proven experience in a similar role within the music industry
- In-depth knowledge of streaming platforms and their functionalities
- Strong relationships with key contacts at major streaming services
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and pitching skills
- Passion for music and a keen understanding of various genres
