We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated A&R Coordinator to join our team full time in Los Angeles. As A&R Coordinator, you’ll support our Head of A&R, booking sessions, maintaining budgets, compiling credits and more. You’ll be a key point of contact for artists and their teams. The ideal candidate will be organized and creative, with strong communication skills and follow through.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a point of contact between the A&R team and internal & external stakeholders, including senior management, artists, artist managers and business affairs
- Coordinate artist recording sessions, booking studios, engineers, and artist travel
- Compile song credits and maintain recording budgets
- Coordinate and participate on shared projects with all levels of staff
- Build meeting agendas, support outreach for sessions, transcribe lyrics, maintain A&R team calendars
- Work hand in hand with our A&R team on existing needs for the roster
- Work cross-functionally with the FC business affairs, marketing, sync & licensing
