How will you make an impact?

Unleash Insights from Data:

  • Curate and synthesize data from diverse sources, including website analytics, social media platforms, advertising channels, and customer databases.
  • Immerse yourself in data refinement, ensuring its precision and pertinence.
  • Decode data to unveil trends, patterns, and profound customer insights for strategic marketing decisions.

Strategy Crafting:

  • Forge marketing strategies enriched by data revelations, seamlessly aligning with our business objectives and the desires of our target audience.
  • Engineer holistic marketing blueprints that seamlessly blend paid avenues (e.g., PPC, display ads) and organic avenues (e.g., content marvels, SEO mastery).
  • Tailor strategies, sculpted by customer preferences and behaviors, to distinct customer segments.

Amplify with Paid Precision:

  • Collaborate closely with the agency to shape and execute strategies that amplify results through precise paid efforts.
  • Drive budget allocation and bidding strategies rooted in data-driven analysis.
  • Team up with advertising giants like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to orchestrate, monitor, and fine-tune campaigns.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to enhance ad effectiveness, targeting, and message resonance.

Virtuoso of Performance Tracking:

  • Define the constellation of KPIs guiding our marketing constellations, encompassing both paid and organic realms.
  • Navigate performance seas, regularly scrutinizing metrics to gauge the crescendos of our marketing symphony.
  • Etch insightful narratives in stakeholder minds through crystalline reports, spotlighting the essence of strategies and illuminating pathways to even greater splendor.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to decipher complex data and derive meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Effective Communication: Clearly convey data-driven findings and collaborate seamlessly across teams.

  • Advertising Platforms: Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Metrics Mastery: Solid understanding of marketing KPIs, tracking performance, and deriving insights.
  • Ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience in data-driven marketing strategies and analysis.
  • Ideally a university degree in marketing, data science, business analytics, or a related field.
  • A high level of fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Italian would be beneficial to effectively collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
  • A strong passion for the world of Music!

The Interview process

At Fankee, our interview process is thoughtfully designed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of candidates while fostering meaningful interactions. This multi-stage journey enables us to uncover your potential fit for the Marketing Data Strategist role within our vibrant environment. The interview process will consist in the following 4 stage:

  • Initial Conversation with our People team (30 minutes) – Intro
  • In-depth discussion with the CEO, Giacomo Pellegrini (45 minutes) – Competency Based
  • Team Chat with two Co-Founders (2 x 30 minutes) – Cultural Fit
  • Final Round with CEO, Giacomo Pellegrini (15-30 minutes)
