Fanaply – Account Manager (US)


At Fanaply, we issued our very first NFTs in the spring of 2019, as a partnership with the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. We had to call them “digital collectibles” at the time because most of the world had never heard of “non-fungible-tokens” back then. These digital assets were given away for free and let users prove that they were at the festival, functioning as a badge of super-fandom for the world’s most popular festival.

Since then we have gone on to issue hundreds of thousands of NFTs for some of the biggest names in sports, music, and entertainment, but our core tenet hasn’t changed. We are digitizing fandom. We believe NFTs should be affordable and accessible to the true fans of the world, so they can show off online what they care about the most. As the NFT space has exploded in 2021, with sales prices most of us could never dream of being able to afford, our core belief is more important than ever. We are poised to define what this new industry looks like, and we want you to help us make that happen.

This is a remote, full-time position with the occasional need for night and weekend work, depending on the campaign. Fanaply is a lean and growing organization. There is potential for rapid expansion, so we are looking for candidates who are self-starters and highly motivated team players eager to grow their role as the company scales.

  • Plan, organize, and execute NFT sales and marketing campaigns with high profile partners in the music, sports, and entertainment industries
  • Strategically and proactively evaluate partner opportunities over the course of the program
  • Communicate client creative needs to the design and production teams to deliver finished products for release
  • Analyze campaign results, collect learnings and trends from campaigns, and build these takeaways into actionable items for future drops
  • Contribute to documentation around the product, as well as create case-study and post-mortem presentation materials for stakeholders
  • Participate in ideation sessions related to client campaigns and Fanaply product features
  • Collaborate internally and externally across departments to prioritize efforts and maximize results
  • Manage client relationships through the life-cycle of the campaign
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to oversee simultaneous campaigns
  • Background working across new technologies and adapting them within sports, live event or music verticals
  • Ability to work hands-on across a wide variety of tasks and learn new tools on the fly
  • 4-5 year track record of participating in successful campaigns
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Familiarity with Google suite of products and Google Analytics an asset
  • A nuanced understanding of fan behavior and community engagement at scale
  • Team player committed to delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in music, sports, film, television or video game related industries preferred
