Founded in 2008, Enhanced Music is responsible for consistently breaking underground talent whilst releasing some of contemporary dance music’s most loved releases, with a roster of talent that spans Billboard-charting headliners through to tastemaker-tipped underground gems releasing across various genres including progressive & melodic house, trance and electronica & chill.

Enhanced Music has an international outlook, with the majority of its artists and sales being abroad. Encompassing 7 labels, over 4500 releases, the label has achieved billions of streams and accolades including Gold and Platinum selling releases. Enhanced has seen global success and is highly regarded within the industry today. Enhanced also has two weekly radio shows, global tours, artist management and merchandise lines.

About The Role

Enhanced is looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join the team and lead the social media, website, CRM & Store strategy. Working closely with the Director, Head of Marketing and the wider marketing team, the Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing Enhanced, Colorize & Enhanced Chill as brands in their own right, with the ambition of building a large community of engaged superfans.

Role Specifics
  • Manage the strategy and implementation of our social media content across 3 channels: Enhanced, Colorize & Enhanced Chill, with a particular focus on driving follower and engagement growth across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn + other channels as required.
  • Work closely with our Design team and Head of Marketing to develop new and engaging social media ideas, then execute these into usable content for our social media platforms.
  • Be our social media expert; staying up to date on new features and trends on all platforms, as well as conducting related artist and competitor analysis.
  • Own the label’s websites and the content strategy for these.
  • Ensure they stay up to date, that all information is correct and that a strong sense of brand identity is maintained throughout.
  • Lead the CRM strategy for the labels and manage our database of contacts in Mailchimp. This will include building the weekly newsletters and mailers announcing key events.
  • Lead marketing strategy for the Enhanced Store to drive merch sales.
  • Responsible for overseeing the creation, ordering and management of Enhanced Merchandise by liaising with suppliers and our store provider Ochre.
  • Lead the label’s weekly Brand Marketing Meeting, effectively reporting the impact of all brand marketing efforts to the Director, Head of Marketing and the wider team.

Skills required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience running social media channels for a label and/or artists.
  • Demonstrable experience of driving follower and engagement growth across multiple Social Media channels – please include real-world examples of this in your application.
  • Excellent, up-to-date knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter,
  • YouTube, Facebook and all major social media platforms.
  • Previous experience running a company website.
  • Previous experience driving music merchandise sales.
  • Experience using digital marketing software such as: Later, Hootsuite, FeatureFM, Monday.com, Mailchimp, Chartmetric and Shopify.
  • Outstanding written communication skills. Use your CV and cover letter to demonstrate your mastery of the written word. Strong typography skills, including a knowledge of proper spelling and grammar.
  • Basic skills with Photoshop, Premiere/Final Cut Pro and Excel preferred
  • Incredible attention to detail & professionalism
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work be pro-active, stay organised, work autonomously and prioritise tasks independently
  • Must be a team player, capable of working closely with others across all domains in order to achieve a united goal

Salary competitive but dependent on experience within the industry.
