We are opening our inboxes, phone lines and office doors in search of a Music Supervisor to join our fast-expanding Productions division.
Based at our sound fuelled London HQ, you will help us build relationships and secure vibrant music projects from the world’s leading agencies, production companies and brands.
You are obsessive about music.
You’re a catalyst for making things happen in the worlds of music and brands.
You know your Scott Walker from your Tom Walker.
And you can sniff a commercial opportunity a mile off.
You can interpret client needs and can translate them to creative collaborators.
You are driven by creativity and have a producer mindset.
You’re creatively infused and process driven – negotiating with rights holders is 2nd nature
But most importantly, you do things with a smile.

Our Productions team sit at the collision of world-class music making and award-winning advertising, film and television; bringing a roster of internationally acclaimed music talent to bold, ambitious and spine-tingling productions.

There are three core ingredients within the role:
The people – you know ad-land and thrive off meeting new people and building your network. Most importantly you’re a team player and know the best results come through a strong dose of collaboration and hard work.
The music – you have a broad knowledge of how music is made and the people you need to bring an idea to life.
The organisation – you’re an organisational guru. Pen, paper and headphones are your everyday essentials and you’re terrific at making lists.

- Brilliantly deliver world class, creative music supervision services
- Procure and develop client relationships
- Collaborate with the team on concepts for branding clients
- Manage productions according to the company’s project delivery process
- Manage the budget management process ensuring project gross and net profitability
- Build and expand our ever-evolving roster of creative collaborators
- Communicate, inspire and educate clients on the commercial power of sound

Experience You have at least 3-4 years of music supervision experience
Salary Competitive based on experience + bonuses
